Payment Plan Policy

At Relentless Jewelz, we believe luxury should be accessible. Our payment plan option allows you to secure your favorite pieces while paying over time.

💎 Eligibility

• Payment plans are available for all orders $150 and up

💎 Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to start your payment plan
• Your order will not be processed without the deposit

💎 Payment Terms (Flexible Plan)

• Remaining balance can be paid in flexible amounts
• Payments must be made at least once every 7 days
• Orders must be paid in full within 30 days of the initial deposit

💎 Order Processing

• Custom and non-custom items will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full
• Production may begin after deposit, but delivery is only released once fully paid

💎 Missed Payments & Cancellation

• If no payment is made within 7–10 days, your order will be automatically canceled
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
